Leigh earned a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town and a Masters Degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster. Prior to launching OneHR, she held several management and consultancy positions within the retail and not-for-profit sectors, both locally and internationally.

Candice holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa. A certified VIP Payroll Administrator, SAP HR Power User and PeopleSoft Power User, also certification with the University of Cape Town on Payroll and Tax Administration as well as Business Systems Analysis.

Thembisa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration, a Masters Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, South Africa (University of Reading, UK).

HOW WE WORK

OneHR provides different packages to suit a variety of needs, including ‘Pay as you go’, project-specific and retainer packages.

Pay as you go

This is based on an hourly rate and can be agreed in advance, or provided on an ad hoc basis. Examples: Being part of an interview panel, providing advice or reviewing a policy.

Project basis

A fee can be agreed for any specific project. Examples: Introducing a performance appraisal system, or creating a company HR handbook.

Ongoing Retainer

An agreed number of hours/days per month can be arranged on an on-going basis. Example: Running the monthly payroll.
